Cocobolo & White Maple Vase #1

$250.00

Cool meets warm in the most striking way. Creamy white maple wraps the top and bottom of this vase, letting a bold band of cocobolo take center stage — its fiery reds and deep oranges practically glowing against the light wood. The end grain construction on all four sides brings out the natural figuring in both woods, creating a contrast that's clean, modern, and completely handmade. Fitted with a 2x2" glass insert, it's ready for your favorite stems straight out of the box.

Overall size: Approx. 3” x 3” x 9” (Glass Insert: 2” x 2” x 8”)

Product Details

  • The glass insert handles all water contact — remove it for cleaning. Wipe the wood exterior with a dry or barely damp cloth only. Re-oil occasionally with mineral oil to keep your vase looking its best.

  • Cocobolo is a rare, dense hardwood from Central America prized for its extraordinary color — deep reds, burnt oranges, and dark purples that seem to glow from within. No two pieces are alike, and the wood naturally deepens and richens in color over time.

White Maple is a North American hardwood known for its clean, pale tone and fine, consistent grain. It's one of the hardest domestic woods available, making it as durable as it is beautiful — a perfect complement to more dramatic hardwoods.

  • All vases are fitted around standard glass vases. Amazon, and other stores you can find online sell 2” x 2” x 8” glass vases. Make sure that the outside dimensions aren’t larger, as can happen sometimes.
